TERMS & CONDITIONS

The Service Provider is an official reseller partner of the National Mobile Payment Plc. (NMFR).
2. Customer
A Customer is any natural or legal person who purchases a motorway e-vignette or administrative services on the website and accepts the present Terms & Conditions and the Privacy Policy prior to purchase.
3. Scope of the Service
3.1. E-vignette sales
The Service Provider sells motorway e-vignettes valid in Hungary through the NMFR system, at the official statutory price, without any convenience fee.
The official e-vignette price is always determined in Hungarian Forints (HUF). When paying in Euro (EUR), the price is converted from the HUF statutory amount using the Service Provider’s published HUF/EUR exchange rate.
3.2. Insurance products
The following insurance services are available on the website:
- Vehicle assistance insurance – provided by Europ Assistance.
- Free accident insurance – provided by Colonnade Insurance S.A. Hungarian Branch for certain vehicle categories.
Important: The free accident insurance can only be requested during the purchase process, with the correct personal details. It cannot be added or modified afterwards.
3.3. Administrative service packages
The Service Provider offers optional administrative service packages (Basic, Plus, Pro), which are independent from the e-vignette and do not affect its validity. These may include document archiving, notifications, customer support priority and other administrative benefits.
4. Service Packages
4.1. BASIC package – Free
The Basic package is automatically included with every purchase.
- Immediate on-screen confirmation
- Download of vignette certificate, invoice and (if applicable) insurance documents
- Document access for 7 days via email link
- Standard customer support response within 30 days
What the Basic package does not include:
- No customer account or 12-month document archive
- No accelerated (1–3 business day) customer support
- No expiry notifications
- No free accident insurance
- No multi-vehicle management functions
4.2. PLUS package – 990 HUF per purchase
The Plus package applies to a single purchase.
- PDF confirmation email (invoice, vignette certificate, insurance documents)
- Customer support reply within 3 business days
- Expiry notification via email
- Free 6-month accident insurance for 1 person per vehicle (different persons may be assigned to different vehicles within the same purchase)
- The free insurance is only available during checkout; it cannot be added or modified later.
- Extended document access
- Additional vehicle in the same purchase: +495 HUF/vehicle/year
What the Plus package does not include:
- No 12-month archive or full customer account (Pro package required)
- No 1-business-day priority support
- No legal assistance in fines or penalty cases
- No automatic renewal
- No fleet management service
4.3. PRO package – 1,990 HUF per vehicle / 12 months
- Customer account
- 12-month archive of all documents for the selected vehicle
- Customer support reply within 1 business day
- Expiry notifications
- Free 6-month accident insurance for 1 person per vehicle (different persons may be assigned during purchase; no later modification allowed)
- Additional vehicle: +990 HUF/vehicle/year
What the Pro package does not include:
- No legal representation
- No payment of fines or penalties
- No in-person customer service
- No insurance coverage beyond what is included in the insurance products
5. Order modification and cancellation
After successful payment, the e-vignette cannot be modified or cancelled. Refunds are only possible under the statutory rules of the NÚSZ Zrt. (Hungarian Toll Authority).
6. Notifications
Expiry notifications are for informational purposes only. The Service Provider is not liable for non-delivery or delays.
7. eMatrica Assistance Insurance
Assistance insurance is provided by Europ Assistance. For bank transfer payments, activation occurs when the amount is received. Insurance terms are governed by the insurer’s documentation.
8. Free Accident Insurance
The free accident insurance is provided by Colonnade Insurance S.A. Hungarian Branch.
Important:
- Can only be requested during checkout
- Insured person details must be provided during purchase
- No post-purchase modification or late enrolment is permitted
- 1 insured person per vehicle (for Plus/Pro packages)
9. Payment Terms
Available payment methods:
- Bank card payment (in HUF or EUR)
- Bank transfer (HUF only)
E-vignette prices are legally defined in HUF. When paying in EUR, the HUF statutory price is converted using the Service Provider’s published HUF/EUR exchange rate.
The Service Provider does not charge any additional fee for EUR payments. The currently applied exchange rate is 270 HUF / 1 EUR. The applicable rate is published on the website and may be changed unilaterally.
Incorrect transfers
The Service Provider may refund incorrect or unidentifiable transfers within 30 days. Refund fee: 500 HUF / transaction.
10. Invoicing
An invoice is issued only if requested during checkout. Any post-purchase invoice modification is subject to a fee of 990 HUF. Invoices are issued in electronic PDF format.
11. Optional paid services
- Validity check: 290 HUF
- Document re-sending: 690 HUF
- Invoice reissue/modification: 990 HUF
- Refund for incorrect bank transfer: 500 HUF
- Unidentifiable customer search: 1,490 HUF
- SMS services: according to separate pricing
12. Validity checks
Validity checks apply only to e-vignettes purchased within the NMFR reseller network. Results cannot be used as evidence in penalty procedures.
13. Corrections (plate number, vehicle category, country code)
Corrections are handled exclusively by NÚSZ Zrt. under statutory fees and deadlines.
14. Resale prohibition
Customers may only purchase e-vignettes for personal use. Resale is prohibited. The Service Provider may suspend or delete accounts violating this rule.
15. Road-use responsibility
Payment alone does not grant road-use entitlement. The Customer must always verify the successful confirmation and the accuracy of all data. The Customer is solely responsible for fines resulting from incorrect or missing data.
16. Right of withdrawal
16.1. E-vignette
Under Government Decree 45/2014 (II.26.) §29, the Customer has no right of withdrawal, as the service is fully performed immediately after payment.
16.2. Insurance products
Withdrawal rights are governed by the insurer’s own terms. If the insurer grants a 14-day withdrawal period (for distance contracts), the Customer must exercise it directly with the insurer.
16.3. Plus and Pro packages
Customers may withdraw within 14 days if the service has not been used (no login, no downloads, no support requests).
17. Limitation of liability
The Service Provider is not liable for:
- NMFR or NÚSZ system outages
- Bank or payment provider errors
- Incorrect user data (plate, category, country code, email)
- Missing or undelivered notifications
- Incorrect bank transfers
- Internet, device or browser errors
Fines incurred due to customer negligence are the sole responsibility of the Customer.
18. Duration and termination
Registration is created for an indefinite term. Users may request deletion of their data. The Service Provider may delete accounts in cases of unlawful use.

21. Amendments to the Terms
The Service Provider may unilaterally amend these Terms. Amendments take effect upon publication and apply to contracts concluded thereafter.
22. Governing law
Hungarian law governs this contract. Legal disputes shall fall under the jurisdiction of the competent court at the Service Provider’s registered seat.
23. Effective date
These Terms & Conditions enter into force on 1 September 2025 and remain valid until withdrawn.
